Lorraine was fantastic to work with and we are so happy that she was referred to us as we began our home search at Lake Gaston. She was extremely knowledgeable about the laws in both NC and VA and her guidance made the home search a fun experience. She quickly learned our likes and dislikes and was great at finding properties that matched our criteria. She was very patient, offered encouragement and stayed in very close contact with us throughout the process. She has an extensive network which was extremely helpful since we are not from the area. She was as excited as we were when we found our home. I would highly recommend Lorraine to anyone who is interested in buying a property at Lake Gaston.

Lorraine has represented us in both the buy and sell of our home. Her experience and expertise in the field is remarkable. She is patient, kind and professional and taught us how the laws work here in North Carolina. The experience would have been much more difficult if we didn't have her guidance and direction. She responded to our texts and phone calls in a timely manner. I would use Lorraine again if I ever decide to buy/sell a house again. Highly recommend working with her!
